Noticeably, tirades thrown at the newly installed administration by Rep. Edcel Lagma is obviously a sour-graping attempt to downgrade President Aquino’s attempt to really make visible changes in Philippine leadership.
The absence of “wang-wangs and blinkers were discredited as merely a populist scheme to attract attention…or whatever or even worse than what he would like to imagine it to be.
But may I ask the Honorable congressman on what tangible change has he contributed to the country besides writing bills and projects funded by the taxpayer’s money to tell all and sundry that he is in the government to really help bring about positive change in the land? Because truly, what is more tangible proof of his presence now is his endless attempts to dishonor Pres. Aquino and his efforts to make this country a better place to live in since Lagman’s President GMA made this country one hell of graft-ridden with power-usurping allies
