I was to ride my 11:05 am trip from cebu to davao via cebu pacific….at the check in counter, I was told the plane will be 30 minutes late. Only to find out later that it will be 50 minutes late. It was fine, things like that can happen.
But what was uncalled for was that all passengers for that flight were told to board….only to be stopped in the middle for whatever reason there was, only cebu pacific knew. we stood some 15 minutes huddled with no longer very light luggage…given that it was already high noon, and the sun was scorching hot….the oldies and the kidlets were not spared either…
So there we waited. Until, the long line started moving….but lo and behold those of us at seated at the farthest end, were to go down the tube and walk under the high noon to pass through the back door….when I pleaded with the guy who ushered us he just shot back with ” sunod lang ko sa order nila” (I’m just following their orders). The usual Cebu-pacific killer excuse (remember the organ for transplant that was not allowed?)…hahay
hello!whatever happened to organization? during my davao-cebu flight, those who were at the farthest end were allowed to pass first after the oldies and the kidlets of course…then those of us near the front were to follow afterwards…it was smooth and everybody, happy.
Tsk tsk….when we landed in Davao….once again at 1:10 pm….under the heat of the sun, we were to walk down the plane and and proceed to the airport exit……blood pressure notwithstanding…etc….darn!
cebu pacific with their low fares, also had low concern towards their clients.
And you’re damn right, this is a complaint. I would rather blog than be told the same lame excuse “I’m just following their orders).
